TravelDeals AI is operated from Israel and primarily serves readers in the United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact mivzakim40@gmail.com, the address listed on our Contact page. This notice covers traveldeals-ai.com; external booking, video and other services have their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you include, and use them to respond to your enquiry. Our contact email is hosted by Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its services.
Where comments are open, the form asks for your name, email address, comment and, optionally, website address. Your comment and chosen display name may be published. The email field is used for administration rather than displayed as part of the comment. WordPress can also process your IP address and browser information when handling a comment.
TravelDeals AI does not currently operate a mailing list.
Sending a message or leaving a comment is voluntary. If you choose not to provide the fields needed to reply or submit a comment, we may be unable to handle that request.
Site statistics and technical information
The site uses WordPress and Jetpack Stats. Jetpack processes visit information such as the page viewed, referring address, time of the visit, IP address and browser information to provide site statistics. We see summary reports rather than a list identifying each reader. Automattic explains these practices in its notice for visitors to its users’ sites and Jetpack privacy documentation.
Your browser also sends technical information when it requests pages, images, scripts and other resources. Hosting and service providers may process that information to deliver their services and handle security or performance issues.
Travel searches and affiliate links
Articles contain travel links and search tools, including Travelpayouts/Aviasales flight tools and Stay22 accommodation maps. A provider may receive the destination, dates and other search details you enter, along with technical information about the request. Some embedded tools connect to the provider when the page or tool loads, before you make a booking.
Affiliate tracking helps a provider attribute a referral and any resulting commission. Read our Affiliate Disclosure, Stay22’s Privacy Policy and Travelpayouts’ privacy information. When you continue to an airline, hotel, ticket seller or other merchant, that provider handles the information you submit under its own terms.
Embedded videos and external services
Some guides include videos or other content supplied by YouTube, Vimeo, organisers and other external websites. Loading or playing an embed connects your browser to that provider, which may receive your IP address, browser details, referring page and interaction information, and may use cookies or account information. Privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds still involve a connection to Google’s services. See the Google and Vimeo privacy notices.
Cookies and your choices
WordPress offers an optional checkbox to remember your comment name, email and website in your browser. External booking and media tools may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can use your browser settings to block or clear cookies and use the relevant provider’s privacy controls. Blocking cookies may affect search or media features and does not necessarily prevent every technical request or statistical record.
Retention, requests and updates
Our operator deletes contact messages and comments after handling them. This describes the records managed directly by TravelDeals AI; it does not mean that copies in provider logs, trash folders or backups disappear at the same moment. Technical records held by hosting, email, analytics and booking providers follow their own retention arrangements. For example, Jetpack states that its visit-statistics logs are retained by Automattic for 28 days. Contact us if you need help identifying or requesting removal of a particular record.
To request access to personal information we hold, or ask for a correction or deletion, write to mivzakim40@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant message or comment. Requests concerning information held independently by a booking or media provider should also be directed to that provider. This notice does not limit rights available under applicable law.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their privacy notices explain their own processing locations and safeguards. Changes to this notice will be reflected in its update date.
